In May 2023, the Fresno DRIVE team hosted Leah and Richard Rothstein, authors of the book Just Action: How to Challenge Segregation Enacted Under the Color of Law. During the event, the authors discussed the intentional housing inequities woven into the fabric of the nation and explored actionable remedies to address long-standing injustices. Richard and Leah also shared how their own family experiences informed their research and the broader context of the book. The event was co-sponsored by the Fresno Housing Authority.
